Pre-Inspection

The stone surface is carefully inspected to determine a customized care plan to meet your specific needs for your specific floor.

Preparation

The cleaned area is prepared in order to protect the surrounding floors and the surface is pre-cleaned to remove loose dirt and grime.

Cleaning

The stone is cleaned with advanced cleaning products using special floor or hand machines to scrub and brush the surface. We then use our High-Pressure Water and Vacuum Extraction System to remove all contaminants and other soiling from your surfaces.

Diamond Grinding and Honing

Stone that is etched, scuffed, and scratched can be restored and resurfaced using diamond abrasives and water to achieve a uniformly honed surface sheen. If desired, polished marble, granite, travertine, limestone, or terrazzo can be honed to remove pre-existing surface polish.

Polishing

Stone is mechanically finished to produce a high-gloss sheen. Very light etches, scuffs and scratches may be removed with the polishing process. For medium etches, scuffs, and scratches the diamond grinding is needed.
